The service
CrewBase is operated by Pure Wave Media LLC ("we"). CrewBase provides scheduling, time tracking, job costing, receipts and crew location tools for contracting businesses. The company owner who creates a workspace is responsible for the people they invite and the data they enter.
Accounts
Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Owners control who belongs to their company and can remove members.
Subscriptions
Companies subscribe on the CrewBase website after a 14-day free trial. Plans renew until canceled. Canceling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, access other companies' data, or upload unlawful content. Owners must tell crew that location is shared while clocked in.
Your data
Your company owns its data. Owners can export it at any time. See the privacy policy.
Liability
CrewBase is provided "as is". Check payroll and job-cost figures before relying on them.
