I can't clock in. CrewBase needs location access to clock in. Turn it on in your phone's Settings → CrewBase → Location.
I'm not getting notifications. Turn them on in the app under Settings, and allow notifications for CrewBase in your phone's Settings.
I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
How do I join my company? Your owner or manager invites you by email.
