Delete your account
In the app
Sign in, open Settings, then tap Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
Your login, name and email, device notification tokens and location history.
What is kept
Time entries, receipts, photos and notes you created belong to your employer's business records and stay with the company. If you're the owner, you must first hand ownership to someone else or close the company. Closing the company first cancels any active subscription, then permanently deletes all of its data and files.
Can't sign in?
Contact support@crewbasepro.app or (970) 389-9894 from your account email and we'll delete it within 7 days. Backup copies are overwritten automatically within 7 days after that.
